Treat Yourself to Some “Me Time” While Creating a Legacy Letter Holiday Gift For a Loved One
Sit at Leah’s old oak table, cozy up to a warm fire and craft a Legacy Letter for a loved one- just in time for Christmas or Hanukah. Enjoy the fellowship of amazing people while indulging in gourmet teas, coffees, fresh baked treats and healthy snacks.
Absolutely no writing experience needed. Friends and family are welcomed to attend.
The Writing Circle meets every Wednesday Night, October 30- November 20, 2013 (Four Consecutive Wednesdays) from 7:00 – 9:00 PM
Cost: $60 for four sessions includes drinks, homemade treats and healthy snacks
The Writing Circle is designed to help you complete your Legacy Letter within a supportive environment with Leah and other writing circle participants providing the encouragement. The circle is a special place to polish your personal and family narratives. It is a place for reflective writing, cultivating self-awareness, healing and gaining fresh perspectives and insights.
A Legacy Letter Writing Circle provides you the special opportunity to review and experience on a deeper level, our crazy, funny, confusing, painful ,as well as beautiful lives. By participating in a Legacy Letter Writing Circle, you build stronger connections, meaning, and validation.

Activities include, but are not limited to:
- Introspective writing in a quiet environment with no distractions.
- New content-producing exercises and prompts to unlock memories.
- Assistance in organizing your material.
- Reading or passing around your document on a voluntary basis with no pressure exerted on you. If you choose to do this, you could gain helpful, positive feedback.
- Culminating in a Heritage Potluck Celebration, were we all bring a dish from an old family recipe. (optional)
Make sure nothing is left unsaid to loved ones, and important stories and memories are not forgotten.
