Learn how to write a Legacy Letter- a heartfelt expression of what truly matters most in a person’s  life: their stories, values and life lessons. A Legacy Letter is one way to find peace of mind by leaving a piece of your mind for your loved ones. This class provides the tools, tips and support you need to write your own amazing Legacy Letter.

You will take a journey of self-study, illumination and healing, transporting you from your past to your future, resulting in a cherished letter and family keepsake for you, your family and future generations. Writing exercises and prompts help you harvest your wisdom and cultivate your gratitude.  You can also create a Tribute Legacy Letter, explaining what legacy you received from someone, and many other specialty Legacy Letters suitable for special occasions and circumstances. Creating your Legacy Letter is a great opportunity for self-examination resulting in psychological and spiritual growth and improved physical health.  The class is designed for people of all ages and no writing experience is necessary.
